Prep: An essential component of your laser treatment regimen is the pre-care routine.

• To prepare adequately for your appointment, please adhere to the following guidelines:
• Shave the treatment area within 24 hours before your scheduled session; avoid waxing, tweezing, epilating, or bleaching for at least 4 weeks prior to ensure proper hair visibility.
• Refrain from sun exposure 2-4 weeks leading up to the appointment and prevent sunburn 4-6 weeks prior.
• Remove any fake tan from the area and cleanse it of makeup, lotion, deodorant, and creams; complimentary wipes are available for your convenience if needed.

Aftercare:
To optimise the results of your laser treatment, it is essential to prioritise your post-treatment care.

• Refrain from exposing your body to sweat or bacteria for 48 hours post-treatment. This entails avoiding activities such as exercise, hot showers, swimming pools, spas, or saunas.
• Wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent heat from being trapped after treatment.
  Prioritise sun protection by avoiding direct sunlight and utilising SPF 50+ for the two weeks following treatment.
• A light exfoliation is recommended to use 5 days post treatment to ensure the hair is encouraged to shed from the follicle, aid in the treatment of ingrown hairs and allowing an increase in benefits from better absorption of the laser.
• Do not use retinol for 5 days on the treated area for three days before and after your treatment if treating your face
